APPLICABILITY
All the rules mentioned in these tour conditions apply to Booking Turkey.org and its clients. Booking Turkey Tour offers for Groups & Individual visitors adventure in little traveled areas. 

VISAS AND DOCUMENTS

Each client must have a valid passport to enter Turkey. All persons are responsible for obtaining information about entry requirements and the documentation (visas) necessary to enter Turkey and those countries to which they are traveling.

Please visit the page " http://www.mfa.gov.tr/ " - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, for Visa requirements. 

INSURANCE
Booking Turkey.org provides no insurance for its clients due to loss. Clients are advised to obtain their own insurance for health while traveling and / or baggage loss. Insurance is also recommended to provide coverage to clients if refunds pursuant to the final payment and cancellation clause below are unavailable due to the terms of that clause.

THE PRICE
USD, EURO and TL are the currencies used for pricing throughout. Please kindly check each section for details.

TIPS & TAXES
When you make a reservation through Booking turkey.org, for hotels, tours, blue cruises,  adventure tour, guides, and similar travel services; taxes are included in the quotation. However, additional taxes, security charges and other fees collected by governments, airports, airlines and other entities are not included unless specifically listed as included features.

FINAL PAYMENT & CANCELLATlON
Booking Turkey.org reserves the right to decline, accept or remove, in its sole discretion at any time and for any reason, any client as a participant in the travel services brought by Booking Turkey.org .

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Payment of the services requested from Booking Turkey.org will be charged on the credit card of the client and the final confirmation is going to be made. For giving Booking Turkey.org your credit card details in a secure environment, ( Secure Online Payment )  you can send your credit cards numbers by fax and e-mail. For all travel services by Booking Turkey.org, only Visa or Master cards are accepted.

CANCELLATION

Reservations may only be canceled by an e-mail or fax sent to Booking Turkey.org.

HOTEL PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Reservations & Payment :
The full payment for hotel room(s) bookings will be charged by Booking Turkey.org on the credit card of the client, and the final confirmation is going to be made.
Cancellations :
If a written cancellation notice is received no later than two weeks ( 15 ) days before hotel check-in date, Booking Turkey.org will accept cancellation and refund the payment, except for a $25.00 non-refundable administrative fee.

TOURS PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Reservations & Payment :
The full payment for tour(s) bookings will be charged by Booking Turkey.org on the credit card of the client, and the final confirmation is going to be made.
Cancellations :
If a written cancellation notice is received within thirty days before departure, Booking Turkey.org Tours will accept such cancellation and refund the land portion costs it recovers from those entities paid on behalf of client only to the extent that such funds are refunded by those entities to Booking Turkey.org Tours.
Cancellation fee of 25 EURO (59-30 days prior to departure) or 35 EURO (29 days or less prior to departure per person) will not be refunded. If any person is removed from the trip by the operating company of that particular tour (or any optional side trip), Booking Turkey.org' only obligation shall be to refund to such a person a fraction of the trip price, ( in accordance with the operating tour company's approval ) the numerator of which fraction shall be Booking Turkey.org cost for the person’s unused services and the denominator of which shall be Booking Turkey.org cost for the person’s entire trip.

BLUE CRUISE PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Reservations & Payment :
    1. For Cabin Charters, full payment has to be paid in order to finalize the booking.
    2. For Private Boat Charters,  50 percent of the total price has to be paid with the booking, and the balance has to be closed 2 weeks prior to the embarkation.

Cancellations :
    1. If a written cancellation notice is received within sixty (60) days before departure, % 50 of the payment will be refunded.
    2. If a written cancellation notice is received fifty-nine / thirty (59-30) days prior to departure, % 25 of the payment will be refunded.
    3. If a written cancellation notice is received twenty-nine (29) days or less prior to departure, no refund will be made.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITY
 Booking Turkey.org can accept no responsibilities for loss or additional expenses to clients due to delay or changes in schedule. Tour services including but not limited to guide services, hotel accommodations, meals and other services are also the liability of the client. Each person is personally responsible for any hotel expenses, theater tickets, souvenirs, gifts, clothing, glasswork, art or any and all other items of personal property or services purchased by such person. Each person making reservations for or participating in the trip to Turkey or to the mentioned countries described in the e-mail correspondences understands and agrees to all terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein.
